Booking -
Booking is only confirmed once payment is made.
If for any reason you have a coupon code, it is your responsibility to apply this before making and confirming payment. Refunds will not be made.
We reserve the right to decline bookings.
All single lessons paid for will expire if not used within 6 months from purchase date. All lesson packages will expire if not used within 12 months from purchase date.
We do not offer refunds on any lessons (cancelled / not-attended).
48 Hour Notice Period -
You may cancel or reschedule your lesson up until 48 hours before the start of your lesson. After this period, it is no longer possible to change. Any lessons that are cancelled within 48 hours of the lesson start date and time will be charged at the full lesson rate without exception (including illness).
If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you can either do this online or the student must contact Rachel by either email - info@rachlumbvocaltuition.co.uk or text - 07960 610348.
If Rachel cancels / reschedules a lesson, we will give as much notice as possible if this unlikely event occurs.
Tardiness -
Please note lessons will start at the time agreed. We will conclude the lesson approximately 5 minutes before the lesson is scheduled to end.
If you arrive late, your lesson will still end at the scheduled time.
If you haven't attended within 50% of your lesson time, the lesson will be forfeited.
Lesson Recordings -
Lesson recordings will stay on Dropbox for up to 7 days after the lesson and then deleted. We do not store recordings of lessons.
Recordings from lessons are to be only used by the student. These are personal lessons to them and not all scales work for everyone. Recordings from lessons are not to be shared or uploaded online.
These rules may not be applied in exceptional circumstances.
Gift Vouchers - *Please note* when purchasing a Gift Voucher, we may only have a limited amount of available lesson slots.
- Gift voucher is only valid for one use.
- Gift Voucher is not redeemable or refundable for cash equivalent.
- Gift Voucher can not be used with any other offers (eg. Recommend a Friend).
- Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers can not be replaced.
- All single lessons paid for will expire if not used within 6 months from purchase date.
- Offer for existing students is for limited time. Offer can end without notice.

Recommend a Friend
If you recommend a friend you will receive 25% off of your next lesson. The friend you recommend will also receive 25% off their first lesson.
- Only valid for the first lesson after the recommendation.
- Valid for individual lessons only (not including lesson packages).
- 25% off is lesson credit only, no cash equivalent.
- Offer is for limited time. Offer can end without notice.
